All services require an initial online non-refundable deposit of at least $50 (depending on the service) paid at the time of your booking. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. To cancel your appointment, please call 414-546-8000 (West Allis Location) or send us an email.

 NOTE: West Allis is CLOSED on Wednesdays, so no calls will be answered until the following day. 

No call/no-shows will be charged 30% of the service fee. 
Additional cancellation fees may be incurred depending on the type of service scheduled. 

**Please be aware any services scheduled on Wednesdays from 12 PM - 5:30 PM will be provided at the Waterford Family Clinic in Waterford, WI.
