PDO Cat Eye
Service Description
A cat eye lift is an in-office outpatient procedure typically performed with local anesthesia only. It involves inserting dissolvable PDO threads (polydioxanone) into the brow and drawing the brows outward to achieve a wider, more mysterious "fox eye or "cat eye". When the threads are inserted, the PDO material spurs your body to produce more collagen and elastin. This increases skin volume and the appearance of fullness in the brow and improves definition around your eyes’ outer corners. PDO threads don’t contain collagen, hyaluronic acid, or synthetic medications. Their mere presence is enough to stimulate your own collagen and produce that unmistakable lifted effect. In order to minimize any pain or discomfort, lidocaine will be injected locally. Healing time: 7-14 days, on average. Longevity: PDO threads last 12-24 months. PDO Features -Contain no heavy metals -Are non-invasive 100% absorbable & biodegradable -Have no significant side effects -Are fully absorbed by your skin within 4 to 6 months -Won't leave you with any scar tissue -Lifts, tightens and contours sagging skin tissue -Stimulates your own Collagen and Elastin production -Last 12-24 months Before your appointment: Avoid alcohol & Ibuprofen use for at least 2-3 days in order to minimize any potential bruising and/or bleeding.
